These are the best thing to buy if you have a stuffed up nose. You put them in the bottom of your tub while you shower and they make you able tobreathe again! I turn the fan on, and blobk the crack under the door and my bathroom is turned into a steamy sauna and the air actually clears my clogged nasal packages. Vapor rub and other products have these same tablets for like 10 dollars, but the CVS brand is much cheaper and just as effective.
